iPhone

I love my iPhone, right now I'm having trouble with the volume button and it's not good, every time I try to talk to someone the volume goes down automatically and it won't go up even dough I try to raise the volume up. Oh, another thing too, is when I'm in Safari or trying to send a SMS the icon volume comes up and it won't go away. This is driving me crazy, I guess I will need to call Apple support.
