I know a lot of my friends that have tried Weight Watchers and yes they have lost about 5 9 pounds a week but they gain it all back within the next week or so that seems not to work for them. I think is that counting points the first week is so easy and can be track but once you go into reality your food habits changes and you forget to start counting points.
Jenny Craig is too much for a person to start dieting because they plan out your right from wrongs on what to eat. They plan your everyday plan meals and expect you to follow through but Jenny Craig doesn’t think about the times you want to snack or have a drinks. I think that Weight Watchers is better than Jenny Craig because you can choose what to eat and just add it to your points and go day by day.
Looking at these three diets Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig and The Fat Loss Guru diets, I think that most effective one is the Fat Loss Guru because it’s faster; you can eat basically what you want and when you want. And still lose weight.
